How to play
You can now beat the 'Oddsmakers' on Huge Prize Sports Betting and win tons of Power Points by placing a bet on your favorite sporting event.
You can place two types of bets and the more games you pick…the more powerpoints you win.

Point Spread.
This bet lets you bet on the winner of any given game, where the two selections have been made equal by allocating appropriate points to the underdog team. The Point Spread is the number of points allocated and is shown with a + sign for the underdog and a - sign for the favorite.
The favorite has to win by more than the Point Spread for you to win, otherwise you lose your bet even if the team wins. If you bet for the underdog, that team must win OR lose by less than the point spead for you to collect on your bet. Basically when you bet on the underdog, you are betting that the favorite will not beat the point spread (or that the favorite will in fact lose). If the favorite wins by the exact Point Spread, or the final score is a tie, the bet will be discarded and you will get your PowerPoints back.

Example:
Let's say you're betting on NHL Hockey. Detroit is playing Columbus and the Line is Detroit -2. This means that if you bet on Detroit, they must beat Columbus by at least 3 goals in order for you to win. Should Detroit win by 2 goals, the bet is a tie, or "push", your wager is cancelled and your powerpoints are returned. Should Detroit win by less than two goals, or lose the game entirely, then you have lost your bet. Betting on the underdog is all about getting in under the spread. If you bet on Columbus, you are betting that Detroit will fail to beat Columbus by at least 3 goals. If that happens, or Columbus wins, you win your bet - unless, again, if Detroit should win by two goals then we have a tie, known as a "push", and all bets are off. So in this example Detroit wins 5-1. They beat the spread, and everyone betting on Detroit at -2 wins! If Detroit had won 5-3 then it's a tie, and no one wins. If the game ends 3-3, no one wins. If Detroit wins 5-4 then all who bet on Columbus have won! Naturally, if you bet on Columbus and they win, the prize is yours. Good Luck!

Over/Under.
A bet that combines the number of points scored by the two teams in the game. You bet on whether the total points scored will be over or under the given number.

Parlay or Accumulator.
A multiple bet. You make more than 1 wager at a time, and should you win on EACH wager, your winnings are multiplied. All the selections made must win for you to win the parlay. If a game is a tie, postponed or canceled, your parlay is automatically reduced by one selection and that game will not count. Winning parlays can really pay off huge and help you rack up Power Points!
